Who We Are & Why We’re Here
I’m Jeff Sibbach (pictured with Spencer Rascoff former CEO of Zillow) and am an Elite Agent like you, although I am based in the Phoenix Scottsdale market. I founded LEOPARD sharing my frustration with the current direction of real estate, as tech companies are taking control. I believe the industry executives and brokers continue to make deals that negatively affect our business and control the direction our industry is headed. You know, the ones that gave away the keys to the castle for our listings so they all show on the portals allowing those companies to charge us for our leads.
The last straw for me was the passing of MLS 8.0 taking marketing options away from my sellers; restricting our ability to market listings without being forced into the MLS.
These same industry executives and brokers continue to focus their time and energy on recruiting more agents into our already crowded marketplaces (1.4 Million agents and 5.5 Million Sales) which increases competition and causes attrition within our spheres.

Phil Sexton, Sibbach Team
Co-Owner of the Sibbach Team at eXp Realty. Phil Sexton has held his Arizona real estate license since 2006. After leaving a corporate Director of Marketing position, he joined forces with Jeff Sibbach in 2012. Since then, they have grown the Sibbach Team’s yearly sales volume by 1,700% to over $276 million in 2020.
Graduated from the Northern Arizona University where he studied marketing and customer service. Now he lives in North Scottsdale with his wife and three kids.
He gets a kick out of public speaking and has been a featured speaker at Inman Conferences, National Association of REALTORS® Conferences, and Arizona REALTORS® Conferences.
